In spring 2019 the mcguffin company’s two artistic principles presented a new work: Alison Lawrence’s play The Right was presented in a public reading as part of Studio 180’s In Development program, dramaturged and directed by Mary Francis Moore.
In July 2019 The Right was awarded Honourable Mention in the Herman Voaden New Play Competition.
